We are the Sydney Hills District Branch of The Association of Independent Retirees (A.I.R.) Limited. This association represents the views and interests of both fully and partly self-funded retirees.
We provide our members with information and resources to assist them in making informed decisions in the areas of finance, health, housing and social inclusion.
We all want to be better informed and therefore able to influence the decision makers in the community at every level. That’s why you should join A.I.R.
Your voice and your views are important to us. We want to get to know you and hear what you have to say. You will empower the voices of all retirees by sharing your information with ours. Remember you can achieve more from within an association than outside.
A.I.R. works from a base of local branches across Australia with national and state research groups, giving members access to a range of support networks.
Where and when do we meet?
The Sydney Hills District Branch meets on the first Friday of every month (except January) from 10 am to 12 noon at Pennant Hills Bowling Club, Yarrara Road Pennant Hills, very close to Pennant Hills railway station. At each meeting, a speaker gives a presentation on a topic of interest, and this is followed by questions and general discussion. The only cost is $2.50 for Tea/Coffee and Biscuits, and a chance for the lucky door prize.
